Has Amazon ever failed to pay your sign-on bonus? I took a role that was grossly misrepresented and resigned after two months. I received my first sign-on bonus payment as expected. I did not receive my second and final sign-on bonus payment. For context, I worked two full months and complied with all exit policies. I called ERC and they confirmed it should've been paid and they're working on processing it. Given my experience at Amazon, this seems like a shady way to save a buck (be frugal LP). Just curious if others have had issues with Amazon paying up on bonuses. TC: 230

That’s not how it works. You only have to pay back if you got a lump sum sign on instead of the monthly one.
this ^ . no clawback for monthly payouts

first year total sign-on bonus divided over 12 months. I received the first payment but not the second
When is it supposed to be paid out - something like first paycheck of every month? If so, were you still employed on the day your second chunk was supposed to be paid out?
