Amazon vs Citrix
I have received an offer for SDE1 role from Amazon AWS, Seattle and Senior Software Engineer 1 from Citrix, Raleigh. Which one should I choose.
What does the offers from both look like?

SDE1 is fresh graduate with no experience, how does that compare to Sr position in Citrix Beside you did not put TC of the offer and your background Hard to tell

Whats the TC comparison? What's your YOE so we know where to place this in your career? What's your current TC so we know if the jump is worth? Do you prefer WLB over 996? What are the teams you'll be joining so other Amazonians/Citricians can provide more context? Hard to evaluate this otherwise.
