Amazon vs DoorDash vs BCG Platinion (final numbers)
Really struggling with making a decision here. Please please give me your honest thoughts. I am looking for long term career growth. 4 YOE Amazon (L5): Base:124k TC: 167k DoorDash (P4): Base: 122k TC: 147k BCG Platinion (Senior Consultant): Base: 150k Annual bonus: 22.5k - 45k TC: 172.5k - 195k Should I go with growth and nice team (DoorDash), or money (BCG) or decent money but difficult culture (Amazon)?
Anything but Amazon. Doordash has the highest upside if they can exit profitably, but it's a risk.
I would ask yourself where you want to work most and then use the highest offer to negotiate. Then you’re getting paid well and at your 1st choice

Yes. Added the levels. All same location and similar role on a niche technology
So Amazon is a doorway to FAANG. I personally don’t like it here, but i got a bunch of offers because i worked here for a few years. Could do that.
What's the role and what country. I worked as an Engineer in BCG platinion Berlin. I would advice my enemy against it for an Engineer.
It is in tthe US. Could you clarify what made your experience that bad?
This might be different from the US. But for the Berlin office, they basically had no engineering culture or goal. It was quite new so there was no structure and leadership weren't interested. Also, you're second class to consultants. There's just too many things to list. It's not an Engineering org, and they have no clue how to do it.

I’m not considering Amazon among the offers for obvious reasons
I would run from BCG/consulting firms. You’ll see more upside in stock growth and refreshers but try negotiating to match your base at bcg. These feel like lowball offers but not really clear on the role. Youll have an easier time going to other faang from Amazon/door dash.
L5 SDE for Amazon? If so that's really low.. Looks like an L4 offer.
