Learn and Be Curious - learn from Google, Netflix, Meta mistakes, repeat them 6. Hire and Develop the Best - yeah, I can see that! they're now leaving!! 7. Insist on the Highest Standards- yeah, I can see that! 8. High salary if you can stay longer than 4 months. 9. Think Big - only 20,000 layoffs? not 250,000? 10. Bias for Action - yeah, I can see that!! Lots of action!!! 11. Frugality - overhire, overspend because you're so BIG and NOT economically insulated 12. Earn Trust - don't tell anyone about layoffs until days later 13. Dive Deep - look at all of the unprofitable orgs, figure out who to PIP/layoff/manage out 14. Have Backbone; Disagree and Commit - walk back on your over hiring strategy 15. Deliver Results - do those hiring freezes, and layoffs!! more through 2023!! 16.
