Yes it is 2% of comp. However it vests over several years.

Thanks! I was told it’s a 3 year vesting. Is it a fixed 2% of base of total comp?

The percent might be variable depending on other external factors but I’ve only ever seen 2% in my short tenure so far. 3 year vesting is correct.

So you get 2% of annual salary * 3 over a 3 year vesting period?
Yeah it goes to your 401k
Is that mentioned in the offer letter? Couldn’t find any reference of it.
