Amex Product Designsr Salaries
I'm (fingers crossed) expecting an offer from American Express in the coming week. I can't find any good data on TC packages for Senior Product Designers. I've checked levels and Glassdoor, but they seem very low (around 150k TC). Any ideas? TC 200k #tc #offer #seniordesigner #productdesigner #amex
I can’t speak to AmEx specifically but the average range for a senior product designer’s base is $140-175K. Perhaps you can find that info online and share it with them for negotiations in case their offer is lower. Good luck!

I worked for BofA and this seems right in line with their comp. Wells Fargo was similar so overall this is probably the correct range for most of banking/finance.
Levels and Glassdoor are accurately reflecting the range.
Check levels.fyi glassdoor is low because they don’t factor in leveling, and there are more entry level roles
