I had this interview with Netflix. The technical round for me was all SQL. If you want to pass I suggest practicing SQL medium problems in StrataScratch. Set the query engine to MySQL. I failed because I’m rusty, practiced the wrong syntax, and just generally too nervous.
It's in MySQL and they expect that syntax? You can't use a different dialect like postgres or redshift?
Nope. The interviewer made me run the solution successfully before we could move on. And there was no changing the syntax.

How was your 2nd round- with the hiring manager? Do they ask anything technical or just get to know your background. I have my next round scheduled with the hiring manager. Thanks.
