Level you are targeting / YoE? For g7 and above its base + stock + bonus. There are two types of bonuses: Quarterly: it is based on company’s quarterly profit. And it’s X days of salary. Lately, it has been lame. There is individual performance component as well so you can get. Annual: It depends on various factors. It is a percentage of your salary- 6 to 21 % (g7 to g9). There is individual performance component here as well.
Could you also share the rough RSU refresher for g7? Thanks!
Depends and varies on job title, location etc. It is about 25K in the Bay Area for hardware engineer @g7.
