Annual bonus and raises at Lyft
I have a offer at lyft in DS. How is the annual cash bonus and raises? @ Lyft
No cash bonuses usually. Raises were decent this year (4-8% and more if you were promised).
Lyft doesn't do annual bonus
No cash bonus and no annual refresher.
No bonus, period. And you're only eligible for RSU refreshers after 2 years, but they barely give them out even then
How is Lyft keeping people around with this policy in place ?
They don't. I'm planning to leave. I've been here 2.5 years and it's time to move on. I've probably lost money I could have made elsewhere
So the initial offers are big enough to make up for no refreshers? How about people reaching their 4 year mark?
If you negotiate well, Lyft and Uber TC are about the same assuming you meet expectations at Uber and ignore the refresher.
No bonuses, make sure initial offer is good enough. Lyft pays top money, negotiate well and good luck.

5 to 10 percent raise in base salary. No bonus and no refreshers for most.
Lyft is a startup, why would there be a bonus lol
