Anthem employees (preferably Denver) What's the culture like in your office? What's the dress code? How open are people with each other? How's the coaching philosophy? Are people happy? What's a day like in an Anthem office?
At my office, dress code is semi formal. The work culture is horrible. Everyone is trying to throw each other under the bus. No one is willing to help one another. Whenever a person made an error, it gets magnified. Drama drama drama . Daily. Always someone stirring up shit.
Super unfortunate. Thanks for the tip.
Wow how do people put up with this shit. I would be out the door in a second.
In general, Anthem is an old school. There are a lot of manual work done by people who have been there for so many years. There are efforts to automate things but it's not easy because of so much friction probably they being afraid of losing their jobs, I guess. Back to your original question, the culture in the office is that people tend to be extremely protective and lack of transparency, and not to share their knowledge.
Very interesting! Thank you for your insight. Does this vary by department?
Sounds like AA
