Anthem PPO (at Google) vs Premera Blue Cross (at Microsoft or Amazon)
People who moved from MS or Amazon to Google, how is the Anthem PPO as comparative to Premera? Is the coverage about the same or better or worse? Asking since I am changing companies and need to decide on the insurance plan since I have a family with quite a few medical needs. Any insights is appreciated. YOE 19 New TC: 1.1M
We have anthem PPO. Coverage is great. Lots of choices.

Coverage is exactly the same since they are both blue cross. The total cost can vary by a few thousand depending on the plan you choose, whether you go out of network, and how much care you use, but I can't imagine it'll matter for someone with your TC.

I can’t help you - but if TC is 1M+ I’m sure you’ll find a way to make it work... don’t let benefits be the reason you make the change
I guess maybe I wasn’t clear. My new TC is in the new company that is providing a new insurance I am not familiar with hence asking for advice from people who are familiar with that insurance.
