Anxious 😟

I’m feeling anxious for very small things. When someone doesn’t respond to what I say or if I make any small mistake 😟 How do I overcome this? I don’t like this feeling.

I feel you. It takes effort not to feel anxious, and good to take a breather when you’re starting to feel bad. I think about the second case as an analogy to performing arts. Someone else might not make a big deal of your mistake because they don’t know what your definition of perfect is supposed to look like. So try giving less effs and some of the stuff will bother you less over time.

I think this falls into a reasonable category to seek counseling for. It can help you learn more about yourself and what you're being driven to behave this way.

See a psychiatrist? ADHD meds worked for me. A psychologist could be your first stop.

Yes OP, you are not alone with this. Meds or a psychologist may help identify some underlying things to cope with that can help.

Underrated. Also exercise. Take blood pressure readings. Your body’s vitals matter.
