Any Facebook EM1 open to chatting about work culture for managers? Happy to DM too.

I got a good offer, by have hesitations about growth and culture fit. I talked to my new prospective director and am having cold feet. It seems like I'll need to prove myself to the team, which seems a little less welcoming than what we do at Google. It seems like I'll need to be much more hands-on as well, but not sure what that entails as I'm new to the Facebook stack.
