The culture is still forming. But with so many ex-Amazon joining, I’m a bit worried. We need awesome people from other companies too to help form a great culture!
Amazon to Gopuff here In the initial stages of processes setting Code stack is not great and that’s why they’re reaching out to talent to upgrade it to scalable solutions
+1 to this. Huge investment in upgrading the app and other infrastructure .

Yes, high base salaries but that’s where it ends. Incredibly inexperienced and weak leadership across the company. Communications and transparency is non existent and the culture is pure trash.
