Any Misophonia sufferers?

I’m in the same boat. As soon as some fatty starts gobbing down food at their desk I gotta throw on the headphones. I don’t understand how these fully grown adults were never taught to chew with their mouth closed, it’s disgusting and super distracting.

I had it for years, and then it went away..

I had to switch teams. SDM chewing was so loud, even through headphones.

When my horrible tinnitus began, I became obsessed with listening to it. As a result I had horrible hyperacusis for 8 months. The hyperacusis became even more debilitating. I still have the horrible tinnitus now, over 3.5 years. It will never stop. Misophonia is nothing compared to these.

I have the same problem. Try using 3m sound blockers. You wear them like a headset - but deafening silence.
