Oof. Supply chain is a literally dumpster fire shit show right now. I’d reconsider.
They’ve just gone through a tumultuous time with the entire department’s “center of gravity” moving to Berlin. That was reversed, product and eng leadership in US were asked to stay, lots of turnover, and I hear there are new prod and eng leadership now. Lots of disgruntled employees. Stay away.
I would wait 6 months before I‘d consider. Can you buy time?

How are the on-site interviews like?
