Any companies have open reqs for SWE w/ disabilities?

I have a very smart friend with mild autism who is graduating in the next year and is looking for internships / full time opportunities. I know Microsoft has special roles however he applied over 6 months ago with no response. Are there any other companies with special openings? Thx
