Any good opportunities for a remote analytics VP/director/manager
Currently VP of Data at a Series B startup. Recently had a return to office mandate so writing is on the wall that my role working remotely out of state is in a hot seat. Any good leads? Wouldn't even mind going back to an IC tbh. SQL, Tableau, Looker, DBT, python, snowflake. 7YOE TC $400K

I’d find a way to move to keep that paycheck. Then again I only make half what you do.
VP level & 400k TC with only 7 YOE!?!? Take a bow first of all The market is extremely competitive currently. Are you sure now is the best time to switch? Maybe find ways to keep delaying RTO for now And teach us your ways? I’m at 6YOE have been a sr analytics mgr at Amazon but only hearing back from mgr/ one sr mgr role at half your TC
What’s the split of the 400k tc? Is equity separate?
