Hi, A family member is attending an interview with Palo Alto Networks (India). He hasn't received an offer yet. Just want to know is there any possibility of layoffs in cybersecurity space in 2024? Or has there been any layoffs in 2023 or before? I noticed some posts on Blind saying many employees were PIP'd and silently laid off. Appreciate if anyone can confirm on this or provide any info on this. Thanks. My current CTC: 30 LPA yoe: 8 #tech #PaloAltoNetworks #Question

No Layoffs. Performance based PIP is less than 1%
Thanks. Can I DM you for more details?
Hi can you tell about wlb and work culture at PANW India?
Little to no layoffs in engineering roles AFAIK in the last three years that I’ve been here. A few unnecessary roles were eliminated maybe, but ask anyone of us and we will say it was the right thing to do.
