Any tech still hiring college graduates? (With visa sponsorship)

I have college mentee recently graduated from one of UC with solid internship experiences and skillsets. She is having hard timing finding an entry dev position that offers visa sponsorship. Can anybody help on entry developer referral? Or at least links to job postings? Living in CA but Location / remote does not matter. She is willing to go anywhere if that’s what it takes. I personally love to refer/hire her, but my company has been frozen for 1.5 year so far… #hiring #jobopening #entrylevel #tech
