TC 220k YOE 3 Posture 0
Posture is inversely proportional to TC
I used to be able bench press more than my TC. Not anymore.
220,000 lbs??
Uptight go
It’s possible with certain exercises. I did this very recently. Google it and you’ll get some good exercise videos and stuff.
How long would you say it took? Posture isn’t super super bad, but there’s times where I realize I’m hunching over and need to pull my shoulders back
Going thru that rn. It’s not a great feeling but when you start those exercises, within couple of weeks you’ll see an improvement.
Quit staying after hours and go home and do some yoga, lift, or MMA. Life isn't about sitting down slouching over looking at code.
^^ agreed
Face pulls and pull ups
I fixed my posture in high school by being insecure about my height
Orthotropics
Do lots of rows and rear self work. Pull-ups and deadlifts are good too. Basically any pulling movements Does wonders for your posture.
Electro shock device whenever it detects body slouching. I will call it iShockYoAzz.
