I went to Amazon resourcesforliving (RFL) and emailed/called like 10 providers, and finally 1 of them answered. Chat with RFL representative and confirmed they're in the EAP program. However, after calling the provider's office to schedule an appointment, I was told that they wouldn't take EAP. I've seen more bad experience with RFL EAP than good, so I'm just curious if anyone has had any success using EAP authorization code for counseling sessions. Should I have trust in this system, or find a therapist from somewhere else to avoid all these headaches? #mentalhealth #eap #rfl #counseling #therapy
You can also get private medical through our benefits portal There is some cost associated with it depending on your geography but it’s very affordable I got to see a therapist privately which was honestly so worth the small amount you pay through benefits
Which benefit/page is it? Is it for counseling or physical?
You won’t have any success only going to a counselor five times.
My company used impactsuite.com and didn’t have any issues with our EAP.

Do you really feel special in your Tesla?
I work in the HR insurance industry. These EAP plans are very very lean and slim. Borderline false advertising. I too got frustrated and decided to ask BetterHelp for a discount and had a better experience than playing ping pong with EAP.
