Who is better at AI (Google, Apple, Microsoft)
I'm a sr BA at capital one (HQ in northern Virginia). I'm curious what BA experience & comps are like at Intel, Nike, and other big companies based in Oregon ! Also what the recruiting process is like etc etc. Thanks! tc: idk, base 120k #BA #nike #intel #oregon
Why move to Oregon? They are making their mask mandates permanent.
I don't really care, and I just love the state :)
Sounds like a massive shithole LOL
A new grad with 2y experience at Intel gets ~110K TC (base <100k) for BA positions. Recruiting is very group-based and varies a lot. Usually tests your industry knowledge, business sense/case questions/presentation and behavioral questions. BTW Oregon is a true gem and paradise for coffee lovers, foodies and outdoor lovers. Safety hasn't been great in Downtown PDX since pandemic but suburban areas near Intel and Nike are very safe. Also it's a tax-free state!
What do you mean new grad but with 2y experience? I guess that's lower than what I'm getting now, but also Oregon is much cheaper than northern VA.. do you have sense on what a senior ba/whatever is one level higher than that would get? Culture? I agree w Oregon being a gem. I'm from there :)
Master grad with 2y work experience gets this 110K TC. Not sure about one level higher but my TC increased only 5% when promoted from Grade 5 to Grade 6. Culture is good. Nice people, good WLB.
