Anyone else had their target.com account hacked recently ?

Had my target.com account hacked yesterday by some freeloading scumbag. They logged into my target.com account changed the name on account to “Joe Reed” and ordered a $75 gift card to “Michael Michael”. For some reason target cancelled the order saying “there was a technical issue that prevented us from fulfilling your order.”. I guess the hacker couldn’t provide answer to some security question when trying to change something. Which is weird cause except for last 4 of my social the hacker had access to all the info from my account :- my name, email, billing address and last four of target red card. The moment I received the order cancellation email I logged into my account. It was showing I was logged into 2 android devices ( which I don’t own) . So I logged out off all the machine then changed my username & password.
