Yes, never heard of pay cut for ICs. I thought they are not going to do ER anymore. I remember they got laughed at for paying around 1 year of total of comp for anyone 50 and above to work for competitor. My coworker told me he’s like getting a jackpot when he got an offer. He was looking for a job right away when the ER announced for anyone above 50.😄
Pay cut to 80% pay to work 4 days a week & it is voluntary basis for blue badges.
