Anyone interviewed with Gusto recently?
How long to hear back after On-site? What kind of benefits do they offer? What are the levels mean? Update: no offer. Terrible process, waste of your time. If you are thinking about to join Gusto from FAANG, be alerted, low TC, and very disorganized and your role and work can change even during your interview process. The only positive is that people seem to be nice. Current TC: 210K YOE:2.5 Location: Seattle

Just cleared first technical round. They asked a LC medium regarding hashmap and key-value store. Next is a 4-hour onsite, comprising of three technical portions: coding, system design, system architectural.
To the OP: you can't say low TC without getting an offer. They don't discuss equity until after you clear the onsite.
