I had booked b1/b2 visa appointments in old portal. The interview dates are in the first week of October. I can’t see the appointment confirmation or the DS 160 in the new website. I tried contacting their customer care but did not get a response. Anyone knows how to contact the embassy in India?
Did you carry over your old account successfully?? You need to use the same email id as the old account and create a new account to ensure appointments are transferred.
C1, the website says on the front page to not create a new account, and use the same id and password. Where did you see that we have to create a new account?
