Anyone knows how long it takes to get an onsite interview response back from Oracle BMC Team?
I have been interviewed two weeks ago for onsite loop with no response from recruiter yet. What are my chances? Do you know if Oracle sends a rejection email?

I am also in the middle of a wait game. I tend to feel that if they get back to me quickly it is usually good result while the longer I wait the higher chance that it would be a bad result.

I think they should contact you no matter what though. You should probably send a mail to your recruiter
