What is a good base/bonus/rsu to target?
I have competing offer at 210k

~225-235k TC if they really push it. Base would be 150-160 since you would be getting ICT3, stocks around 150k and sign on of 35k . Where is the competing offer from and the breakdown?

I realized this after my original post that sign on is not considered part of TC. My other offer is Xilinx with 147 base/10%/140k rsu plus 15k sign on and 15k retention for 2nd year. Basically sign on of 30k split across 2 years.

The recruiter will consider sign on as a part of TC. The reason being after 1 year, he will say that, apple gives out cash bonus and stock refreshers which should make up for your sign on if you are good. Speaking for experience. You can DM me your recruiters name and if I had the same recruiter I can help you out.
Also your Offer from Xilinx is pretty damn good. Use that to negotiate the most. Your sign on can go up to 50k. They wont budge much on the base range maybe 10k on the rsu.
