Apple ICT4 Career Growth
Recently accepted an offer for ICT4 software engineer, but after more research I'm getting worried that there's not much opportunity for career growth after I join the company. Do you guys have any insights? Is there still potential for growth or are ICT4s pretty much end of the line? Is the strategy to hop around somewhere else after a few years? 17 YOE and I am happily going to accept my ICT4 325K offer. Maybe you are much more talented than I am and expect rapid growth. I am going to count my blessings after being laid off and am going to work hard for growth. Apple is a solid company.
