Apple ICT4 refresh
what is the average refreshers in IS&S org for ict4? is the refresh dependant on base? Higher the base means higher the refresh? If the initial grant is high, does it mean that the refreshers are lower considering high unvested stock. thanks.

Unvested rsu is part of the formula to give refresh but i am not aware of the weight it carries, but my manager says its doesn’t have too much weight but it is considered though

No It doesn’t weigh that much to screw you
That is certainly a possibility to get a lower refresher to keep your target total compensation from increasing. It’s completely up to manager discretion. Refresher is not based on base.
