Is most of the people who are ICT4, get Apple refresher every year? If yes then how much?

Yes, most get refreshers but some can get only 3k refreshers. A big issue this year was that many who joined Apple but had not completed a full year got 0 refreshers when they were expecting prorated refreshers.
Yes, depending on your performance review. I've seen 100k-150k of RSU (vesting over 4 years, every 6 months), and 20k-40k cash bonus (immediate cash).
Are the numbers valid for India as well?
