Apple Sr. EPM Offer (Seattle)

Hello, I received a verbal offer from Apple and in the progress of getting the written version. In the meantime, I wanted to see from you guys on Blind how my offer stands: Years of Experience - 5 years in TPM (Microsoft) TC - 322K (185K base + 375K stock over 4 years + 25K sign on + (0-10% refresher based on base salary)). This is for a Sr. EPM role in Seattle, is the offer a good one?
