Recruiter reached out and said they are preparing to extending an offer. please let me know what to expect (base/rsu/sign on bonus). YoE 10 years. current TC 210k update: got the offer. base 225k, rsu 320k, 25k joining bonus, and relocation benefits. How much rsu I can expect in my second year? Would that be close to 320k (over 4 yrs) that I got in the offer letter?

Congrats!!! From 210 TC to a 225 base!!!! Can’t get any better than this. Bonus seems to be low but regardless I think you should take it.

It depends on what ict band you are. Hardware gets lower. If you’re ict 4 I would expect around 100k refresh
