Goal of mine has always been to be one of the presenters at an Apple event. Just curious how Apple chooses who speaks at those events. If any Apple employees can chime in I’m curious to hear. TC: 100k YoE: 2 #tech #apple

The employees you see presenting have been working on the project they’re presenting and had a significant role in the delivery of the project over that fiscal year.
First focus on increasing your TC
You have to not be a blind user first, they check
Look at the titles of the people presenting. It's all directors and SVPs. TC of each one of them is in the millions.

I’m curious what position and location are you in at Amazon with that TC?
Be the expert on the project. Be attractive. Be diverse but still conform to Apple

There’s an annual Squid Games event that runs right before WWDC, the presenters are the last ones left standing in their organizations.
