I have seen so many posts for apple hiring for the same positions again and again! I see 400 applicants applied and in few days apple again posts them or re-lists them. Is apple really hiring or these are just to build their hiring pipeline or zombie job posts. If someone could share experiences getting a job in this market, would appreciate it. They have like 12 interviews for even junior positions. #apple #facebook #meta #google #microsoft #amazon
All those listings are cap
Wouldn’t those be needed for PERM?
Pretty sure they’re still hiring. My previous manager kept asking privately whether I’m laid off and interested going back lol
I heard that Apple has no return policy
I wonder what it’s like to be liked that much by manager they want you back. Pray tell us rockstar, how did you do it?
I don't even know why those listings exist. Nobody ever hears back from them
It’s for H1B peeps
Hiring standards too high
Couldn’t find 1 in 400 people? Thats to reposting same position 6 times? At this rate, you would reject Elon Musk too!
One of posting in our org had been open from last 6 months. We had multiple candidates doing onsites still the position is open.
It’s probably because it’s a pipeline position with multiple reqs attached to it. It won’t close until all of the reqs are filled.
There are government policies in many countries that the job has to be advertised atleast for X amount of days inorder for them to be eligible to hire expats. HRs just posts about the requirements and revisits back until they are ready to hire on a serious note
Is Apple seriously scaming to hire low TC folks?
How is this a scam?. The same applies to internal transfers. People at director level relocates pretty often.
Are they hiring remote??
My friend who worked at Apple told me that after she got hired for her position her role was posted on the site for 3 more months. Don’t believe it. They reposted from LinkedIn but if you go on their actual career site it will say the real date the job was posted on. I see some jobs posted in 2021…
I mean they might have more headcount for the same role, but posting the role every day and seeing 400 applicants just does not make sense! +every posting has a very generic description.
