I had a virtual onsite interview almost month back and mostly it went well. Now the recruiter came back and asking me to attend 2 hours interview with leadership team. I thought onsite is final round. Does it normally happens ? any one is in same boat ?
Leadership interview need couple of more rounds sometimes when they have other candidates equally good. Apple hires for a particular position while Goog and Fb hires for role.
Goog and FB hire for specific roles too plus they hire an army of generalists (pm, swe).
This is a good sign, means ur borderline
Which level are you applying ?
most probably ICT3
Interesting That should not require leadership interviews
Leadership interview is quite common
I had similar experience where I kept getting follow up interviews. Reaching leadership round is a GOOD thing. I got the offer shortly afterwards
This sounds interesting. How many rounds did you have in leadership interview ?
I talked with HM, skip manager, and skip skip manager
Would you be able to share virtual onsite experience? I have one coming in few days and nervous about the virtual part of the interview
It was like standard interview process. 3 coding, 1 design and 3 behavioral. All coding questions were leetcode mediums. I am from iOS background, so more domain based questions than coding.
I have an interview with the leadership team. What should I expect?
