I think so. If we get below 6 then l think it’s a sign for PIP. I may be wrong
Why do I feel you're running while typing?! - I haven't heard of PIP at Apple at all. - yes - Refreshers and bonus could be prorated depending on when you joined (with respect to the review cycle), but the amount has nothing to do with being the first year.
Manager didn’t involve me in any production development and it seems like he is not interested to involve me. So assuming rating will be low

Joining date: 4/21. How much bonus, refreshers and % increase in base l can expect
None. You need to be joining before April. Review cycle ende on 30th june. You would not have needed 6 months minimum to be eligible. Also It would be selfish of you if you are. There are your peers who worked entire year and deserve more RSUs and bonus. Do you really want to take piece of their pie by working 2 months in the review cycle?
I am not selfish. This is my first review. As l joined l April and had self assessment, l thought l am eligible for bonus and rsu and moreover thought review is for Sep 20 to Sep 21 but it seems like June to June
6/9 you need. Technically yes you need to wait one year but you are correct. First year you wont get much.
