Apple relocation benefits
I have a verbal offer from Apple for SDE ICT3 position, Austin. What're the relocation benefits offered by apple? One of my friends mentioned there won't be any lumpsum payment of relocation bonus instead apple will tie up with a 3rd party company to move my stuff, car, flight ticket and provide temporary accommodation. Are there any other benefits provided as part of relocation? Kindly comment if you have the necessary information. Thanks in advance. Current TC: 190 TC (bay area - startup) Apple: 210 TC (150 base + 50k RSU/yr + 20k joining bonus)
12.5k lump sum + 3k (allowance if you don't want them to pack and move your furnitures) + 30 boxes you can ship for free + Economy flight ticket + 100 USD max for excess baggage + 4k max covered for lease cancellation + 45 days free temporary housing/first month rent covered (no limit) + 30 days free rental car + 20 hrs of help in finding permanent housing/new car

Hello, i am moving to apple and I am not able to get this complete list from my Sirva Consultant. Its all verbal+email notes. Is there a official pdf that you received? Reason I am asking is because she says she does not know about first month rent being covered
Lower ball on total TC from Apple. You should get atleast 180k as base.

It’s very decent . If you have a house they give you 10k to renovate and sell the house 15 k lump sum or so 3k if you move most of the stuff on your own flight etc. but yes it’s managed by a third party sirva. They will give you all the details
Can I use the 10k to renovate and rent it out / vacay rental like Airbnb 😁
