How do the refreshers look compared to the stock granted when hired? Are they similar/ the same or they are lower? Do they heavily depend or performance or there is a known target for median performance? This is for ICT4 in Bay Area
The key is to get rated in the top 30%. High growth and key talent are the tags that bring real RSUs. Join a bad team and it is easy
Not sure if it’s tied to initial RSU; for ok (meets expectation) performance I have got anywhere from 70K -110K RSU refresh.
