30min walk everyday day. You’ll start looking forward to it after a while.
Apple watch low vo2 is sketchy. Mine dropped to 27 when above average is 44. It's not bad as it shows. But anyways I restarted my otf and getting back to normal slowly. If you are really concerned, try to get it checked properly and not the estimate from fitness trackers.
