Application status in workday says ‘Offer’
Hey! I recently interviewed for a company and completed all rounds! My application status on workday (their job portal) changed from ‘under consideration’ to ‘offer’ but haven’t received any information from the recruiter regarding this change. I even followed up and still no reply. It’s been at ‘offer’ since a week. What do I expect? Should I follow up again? Ps: No sarcastic comments please! I was laid off from Meta back in April tech layoffs and have been depressed ever since. Tc: 150k

I think I’ve seen this before. They just gave the stage the name “offer”. It doesn’t mean you’re getting an offer or otherwise, it’s just them trying to look bright and optimistic for you. All about wordplay. Don’t get too excited but don’t get discouraged either. Good luck.

It can be the company's configured stage, so you may be in offer stage... But that may involve several steps before you receive an actual verbal/written offer
