My job application on Nvidia career site has been the same for last 2 months. Neither rejected nor changed status. Still says “Application received”. Any idea what could be the actual status. YOE: 12 TC: 400K #tech #Nvidia #nvidiacareers

I've been searching for about 6 months, and my general observation is that if a company hasn't reached out within a couple weeks, your app isn't going anywhere. Many companies will pass on your application while looking for better candidates, but won't actually reject until the role is filled or the job is cancelled. Others will keep you in limbo forever.
