Hi, I have been offered E3 level Engineering position at Texas location. Base: $110 to $115 Bonus: 10% Stocks: 20k for 4 yrs Is this a good offer ?

Try for 15-20% increase over this initial offer. E3 base band is pretty wide. They can definitely increase the base to 130+

That's good offer in Texas and in that industry but you can always negotiate
