I am a L4 TPM at Google, has been a year here. I have experience of being an associate director in my previous firm. I get reached out by Amazon recruiters for L6 TPM interviews. Should I apply or stay here for some more time? TC: 50L YoE: 8

Associate director means nothing, it all depends on the type of work you are doing.
I was taking care of 1 full account’s engineering delivery(60 associates) responsible for growth of the team members, hiring, strategic planning and keeping the VPs updated
I think you lowballed yourself for Google. Even though there are other aspects, like scope of work of the delivery etc too, example: managing 60 support folks has little value when you compare it to SDE work.
