Apply to all companies or just high profiles?
When you're already at a mid tier company, would you even apply for lower tier ones apart from a few to get counter offers? I can't seem to find motivation to interview there and pretending to care is always the hardest part. But then again, there are only so many high profile companies.
Only apply to jobs you actually want. For competing offers, can the lower tier companies actually offer competitive numbers? Fortunately for interviews, a lot of the prep overlaps so if you can nail tier 1 companies, you should be able to nail other tier 1 or 1.5 companies
