I've applied to many companies via workday, but none of them works. Referrals are the only way that I think can give you interviews

After applying for nearly 30 openings at varuous openings on their workday portal. it worked for me only ince and got a call back for interview.

I have also experienced similar phenomenon, not sure than what’s the point of having this workday links in job posting
How else do you think people get interviews? It's either referrals, LinkedIn, or this.
