Hi all, I have applied to a Microsoft Senior Software Engineer position and have received an email from the recruiter with a couple of questions, one of them in regards to compensation and I'm looking for advice on the sign-on bonus, yearly bonus and mainly the stock options. What would be realistic for this position? This is the first time I get asked about stocks in particular, so I'm not even sure what to ask on stocks. YOE: 7 I appreciate any help you can provide. See below for more details about the position:
Can you please tell me how did you get the call from recruiter? Did you apply through LinkedIn or Microsoft site or any student program.
I didn’t get a call yet. Just an email with a couple of questions so we may move to the next step, which would be a 45min call with a member of the hiring team. I did apply through LinkedIn, which redirected me to MS recruiting site.
Thanks 😊 I have been applying through LinkedIn and never got a response so wanted to know the best way to apply. I will keep trying :)
