I think some of the people responding aren't aware of what financial companies do to restrict their employees. First an answer: no, Stripe and Square do not restrict trades the way finance companies like fidelity, or hedge funds like Fortress do. At those companies, their employees must use a specific brokerage for everything (say Schwab). Their Schwab account is continually monitored. It's really serious stuff. To my knowledge Square and Stripe have normal / typical rules about not trading on non-public information. Very basic stuff.
