Netflix employees come off as spoiled. They’re treated like royalty but walk out over a comedy special that ironically joked at the very predicament nextflix finds themselves in.

We should be paid more, if you adjust the brightness of a page so that people stay on it for 1% longer, that translates to millions of dollars of revenue, but we only get paid a couple 100k for the work

Sounded like the typical Blinder. Every Blinder thinks they are underpaid, overworked and do humanity a big favor with their mere existence and with the stupid code they write they are solving problems more important than cancer. Idiot!
I won't generalize that everyone else is underpaid, but a lot of people are underpaid. Makes no sense for execs to make billions while tax-paying citizens cover government benefits on their lowest paid employees because working 40 hours can't pay livable wages.
